MONTHLY FAVOURITES (JAN 2015)

Hello everyone! :) I think it's really weird for me to say this... but I never expected my previous post 10 types of people you meet in a singapore university to be so popular...!! It now stands as my most viewed post, and I just want to say thank you to everyone who liked or shared it :) I guess this is just a really small milestone for me as a blogger (lol) heheh. Maybe I'll do more of these kinds of posts in future!

Anyway, back to the topic. I am starting a new monthly segment called MONTHLY FAVOURITES, where I basically just share about what I loved/liked/enjoyed in that month. I actually had to come back to this draft almost 10 times the whole month, detailing down what could possibly end up in this post haha. It shocks me to think about how fast this month has passed by, and so I think it is worthwhile to just note down some things I wish I will never forget :)

FAVOURITE TRIP

I started 2015 by going on a holiday with my best friend Samantha (#TEAMSXADVENTURES GOES TO BANGKOK )and I can't believe it has been one month since our trip?! haha, the trip was a whole lot of fun and I miss it tremendously.

FAVOURITE SONG(s)

This month, I started using Spotify and I really love how easy it is for me to discover new songs and share my favourite songs with my friends. I really fell in love with many songs this month, but I'll only list four here!

and lastly, One by Ed Sheeran. This song was always in my spotify playlist since the first day and I have always loved it. But I always feel quite sad that my friends say it's not that nice... :( but I found someone who enjoys this song and so, it rekindled my love for this song <3 (HAI CLEMENT HEHE)

FAVOURITE NIGHT OUT

28th of Jan, Wednesday. I was initially quite sianz that I have to go clubbing on that day, because I just wasn't in the mood, but thank goodness I did. We met three new friends, that were such a fun bunch to be around!!! They seriously made the night so much more fun for me :) I hope we get to go clubbing again! :) Coinciding with this category, I shall name my favourite alcoholic drink. Vodka Mudshake. The alcohol content is really little, say 4%. Obv I didn't just drink this that night. But this tastes exactly like chocolate milk and the vodka hits you only after you swallow it. Hehe, my fav kind of drink.

FAVOURITE SCHOOL MOMENT

I went camping overnight at Utown with my hostel friend, Wing!! It was such a spontaneous decision and I never expected myself to really enjoy, but I did. Cool breeze, Silence, Company, Starry night, Comfortable mat.... I smile when I remember that night :) Thankful to God for good weather and to Wing for being so spontaneous :) We made it to first light too!!! hehe

FAVOURITE DECORATION

I hung the fairy lights I bought from Bangkok in my hostel, and I am really in love with it! I think it adds a great homely touch to my room hehe :)

FAVOURITE VIDEO

Clicknetwork TV is my favourite online channel and that's because all the videos are hilarious to watch!! :) My favourite show is "That F Word" since obviously, I love Andrea Chong a lot :) But this month's favourite video is Budget Barbie Plus Size. I think it's cute how Jem is like trying to act more like QuiQiu to flow with the show haha. Such a contrast from her cool attitude in That F Word hehe.

Some people tell me that they don't like the videos from clicknetwork cause they find it ...boring. But I love it! I really do. Every time a new video comes out, I get so excited. I recommend y'all to watch maybe 3 videos at a go, then I think you'll like it too :)
